Within Ferdinand Vogel is a terrible monster of unchecked fury and raw aggression. For a time he was a slave to its desires, until Guild lawyers used their mastery of the law to lock the creature inside him away. Once he had earned his freedom, Vogel sought out the Order of Chimera, who showed him how to free the beast within. Vogel revealed in the ability to unleash it at will and began to see the Beast not as a curse, but an ally that shared his flesh.
